Linux/OSS : PHP Help
PHP Help is a TCL application to provide a handy help reference to PHP. It was originally written by Andy Jeffries based on the Sun HTML library and sample TCL application. This branch has been rationalised, updated, slightly improved and RPMified by Tim Jackson. It will be useful primarily to those building PHP code in an environment where native PHP help is not available. (If you feel like all current PHP editors are missing something, you may be interested in a new project, gPHPEdit.)
